After a long and varied career in the corporate world – leading sales teams, managing companies, and driving business growth, I took the leap into entrepreneurship nearly 20 years ago, launching Bluestreak Performance.
My passion has always been helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential, and today, I specialise in sales and leadership development through facilitation, coaching, and consulting.
As an Insights Distributor, Reinvention, and DISC practitioner, I leverage a range of powerful tools to design bespoke learning experiences tailored to your business’s unique needs, values, and culture.
Whether working with leaders, sales professionals, or teams, my goal is to create transformative programs that drive real, lasting change—helping you communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.

While I have been extremely fortunate to work with some of the greatest brands in the world, I work with businesses of all sizes and industries. I have a particular passion for supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them navigate challenges and build strong, high-performing teams.
I was honoured to be recognised as the Small Business Sales Leadership Coach of the Year 2024 (UK)—a testament to my commitment to creating meaningful change in the businesses I work with.
A key part of my work is also centred on empowering individuals to step into their leadership potential—whether that’s through enhancing sales performance, building leadership confidence, or driving business growth.
I am especially passionate about supporting underrepresented voices in leadership, including women in business, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.

Beyond my work, I am deeply passionate about travel and have been fortunate to work with incredible global companies that have taken me all over the world. Experiencing different cultures and perspectives continues to shape my approach to leadership and coaching. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me being creative, using my hands to bring ideas to life, whether that’s through art, design, or hands-on projects that fuel my imagination.
